➔ The client, a boutique lodge in Gatlinburg, TN, enlisted the Conduit team to leverage the power of social advertising as part of an effort to drive more traffic to their website and increase bookings. With potential guests facing a near limitless of online booking options, the client wanted to develop a strategy that could cut through the noise, showcase their property’s unique features, and inspire visitors to stay with them on their next adventure.
➔ Because the client utilizes an external portal to manage bookings, the project required a different approach to tracking results.
➔ To measure campaign performance, we implemented a tracking solution that recorded how many users clicked the button that linked to the booking page.
➔ The Social Advertising campaign drove over 58,000 users to their website during their peak months throughout the entire campaign. Specifically, during one peak season, summer of 2019, the social campaign drove 26,269 to their website and of those users 31% checked for availability.
➔ Overall, the campaigns CTR average was 155% higher than the average CTR in the hospitality industry on Facebook and an additional 213% higher during the summer of 2019.
