Effective date: August 25, 2026. This policy describes what Conduit Digital ("Conduit," "we," "us") collects on this website, why, and the choices you have. Questions and requests: info@conduitdigital.us.

Who we are

Conduit Digital, 36 West Water Street, Toms River, NJ 08753. Conduit provides white label digital marketing fulfillment to advertising agencies. This website is our own; the marketing we run for agency clients is governed by our agreements with those agencies, not this policy.

What we collect, and why

• Forms you submit. The contact form collects your name, work email, agency name, an optional spend range, and your message. The careers form collects your name, email, the role you are applying for, a portfolio link, and your experience summary. We collect these because you are asking us to respond, and we use them only to respond, to evaluate fit, and to keep a record of the conversation.

• Chat. The site runs Intercom for live chat. If you open it, Intercom processes what you type, along with technical data described in its own privacy documentation, on our behalf.

• Analytics, only with consent. If analytics is active on this site, it loads only after you accept it in the consent notice, measures page-level usage (which pages, which buttons, which calculators), and never receives names, email addresses, or anything you type into a form. Declining changes nothing about how the site works.

• Technical basics. Our hosting provider processes IP addresses and request logs to serve the site and to protect it from abuse. Our form endpoint keeps a short-lived, salted, hashed rate counter; we do not keep raw IP addresses with your submission.

Cookies and local storage

The site itself stores two small preferences in your browser: your high-contrast display choice and your analytics consent choice. Neither identifies you and neither leaves your browser. Intercom sets its own cookies when you use chat, and analytics cookies exist only after you consent.

Where your information lives

Form submissions are stored in our content management system database, hosted on managed infrastructure in the United States. Email notifications about submissions are delivered by Resend. Chat data is held by Intercom. We use these providers as processors; we do not sell or rent personal information to anyone, and we do not share it except with these providers, or where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Form submissions and the email threads that follow are kept while the conversation, application, or business relationship is live, and are deleted on request. Career applications for roles that close are kept up to twelve months in case a similar role opens, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

Your choices and rights

• Ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it: info@conduitdigital.us. We respond to every request and verify identity before acting on one.

• Decline analytics in the consent notice, or change your mind later by clearing this site’s data in your browser.

• Email from us about your own inquiry is not marketing. If we ever operate a marketing list, it will be opt-in and every message will carry an unsubscribe link.

If you are in a jurisdiction with specific privacy rights (for example the EU/UK under GDPR or California under the CCPA), we honor access, correction, deletion, and portability requests under those laws through the same contact address. We do not sell personal information as those laws define selling.

Children

This site is for businesses. It is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their information; if you believe a child has submitted information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes

When this policy changes, the effective date above changes with it, and material changes will be noted on this page. The policy always describes the tools actually running on the site.
