What this site is

This site describes Conduit’s white label fulfillment services for advertising agencies, publishes educational content, and provides tools for estimating engagement economics. Using the site, submitting a form, or chatting with us does not create a client relationship; services are provided only under a separately signed agreement.

Estimates are estimates

The pricing estimator, the agency transition estimator, and the GPS estimator produce planning figures from the inputs you provide and Conduit’s published rate card at the time of use. They are illustrations, not quotes, offers, or guarantees. Actual pricing is confirmed in a signed agreement, and the rate card can change.

Results and testimonials

Case studies and testimonials describe specific engagements with their own budgets, markets, and conditions. They are real, and they are not promises: past performance does not guarantee comparable results for any other client or campaign.

Your use of the site

  • Do not attempt to breach, probe, or overload the site, its forms, or its infrastructure.

  • Do not submit unlawful content, malware, or other people’s personal information through our forms or chat.

  • Do not scrape the site to build a competing dataset or to train systems in violation of applicable law. Ordinary search-engine and answer-engine indexing of public pages is welcome.

Content and ownership

The site’s content, design, and marks belong to Conduit or its licensors. Third-party product names and logos on the site belong to their owners and appear to identify the platforms Conduit works with; no endorsement is implied in either direction. You may quote brief excerpts with attribution and a link; do not republish substantial portions without permission.

Pages link to and embed third-party material, including YouTube videos and external sources cited in articles. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices, and we are not responsible for their content.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and disputes about this website belong to the state or federal courts located in New Jersey.
